Our goal is to provide scholarships and financial assistance for first responders to attend mental health trainings. Our mission is to raise awareness, educate and lessen the financial burden on our first responders and frontline workers. Because of many factors including limited resources, grant money, minimal training budgets, etc., FLR believes that by relieving this burden, our first responders can dedicate the time they need to become more aware of the stigma associated with receiving mental health support and begin their personal healing process. In turn, they can help others along their path and ultimately, become the best person, friend, spouse and first responder they can be. Applications for financial assistance will be accepted beginning April 1st, 2021.
